Honcho Baby was founded by four textile graduates, each bringing over five years of expertise in the textile industry.

Our journey started with a simple conversation—one that changed everything.While supplying bed linens to a top child care hospital, one of our founders had a discussion with the Managing Director, who pointed out the need for high-quality, gentle baby swaddles and towels. That one conversation sparked an idea:

As we explored the baby apparel market, we saw an opportunity to introduce fresh innovation, truly baby-friendly fabrics, and globally standardized daily wearables for little ones!

With valuable guidance from our co-founder’s aunt, Dr. Guhapriya Nithyanandan, a gynecologist with 30 years of experience, and real feedback from friend’s and family’s babies, we crafted baby wear that’s not just adorable but also functional, breathable, and safe for delicate skin.
